At Value Gear, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We work with international suppliers and strive to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition.
If, however, your product has an issue, you can request a refund under the conditions below.
Timeframe to Request a Refund
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of the Issue
To validate a refund request, customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the problem with the product.
Without visual proof, the refund request cannot be processed.
Situations Eligible for a Refund
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective;

The product is different from what was advertised (wrong model, colour, size, or function);

The product is incomplete or missing accessories;

The product does not function properly, proven through video evidence.
Situations Not Eligible for a Refund
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

No photo or video evidence of the problem is provided;

Minor variations in colour, size, or design due to lighting or manufacturing;

Damage caused by incorrect use, drops, or mishandling;

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse when the product has no defect.
Refund Process

The customer sends a refund request by email, including photo or video proof of the issue;

The Value Gear team reviews the request with our supplier;

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days;

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
